Returns & Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be 100% unused.
- Item must be sent back within 10 days of receipt.
- All items must still be accompanied by original packaging.
- All returns & exchanges must be clean. Processing will be delayed & a $150 cleaning fee will be charged if items are not in new condition.
- For exchanges, items must accompany a receipt with a requested size change.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancellations
- Pre Orders have a 10 day timeline from the time the order was placed to be canceled. Cancellations for all pre orders after the 10 day cut off will be charged a 30% restocking fee of the purchase price.
- A Customised boot is considered any boot that is ordered in any size that is not off the shelf or any colour other than omega black.
- Full custom boots & customised boots are non refundable but you will never be left with a boot that does not fit. If for any reason the boot does not fit we will re make the boot on the house.
- All items on sale are final sale. No credits or exchanges will be given.
