FAQ’s


  • How long will my order take? All orders take 10-12 weeks. Once completed, they ship to our warehouse in the US to be processed and will be forwarded directly to you from there. 

 

  • If I order boots in stock how soon will I get them? All boots ordered that are in stock will ship out within 1-3 business days. 

 

  • How do I measure myself for tall boots? The link to our size chart here will explain everything. If you have any questions please reach out to admin@albertofascianiusa.com 

 

  • I don’t fit in a size in the size chart but I do not want full custom - what can we do? If your sizing varies from the size chart we can fit you into semi custom. This is an up charge of $200. 

 

  • I would like to get measured but a representative is not in my area, can I still get fitted? Yes, we can do full fittings for standard and semi custom boots over the phone and FaceTime. 

 

  • Where do you ship to? Currently we ship to North, South, and Central America. 

 

  • Can I return my boots? You can find all information about that here

 

  • Do you offer a warranty on your boots? Yes we do, all products have a 90 days warranty of all products for manufacturing or material defects.  To see a full detailed list on what is covered and how to file a claim please visit this page

 

  • Can I set up an appointment to get measured at my barn? Yes, we have fitters that travel across the US. Please contact us at Admin@AlbertofascianiUsa.com to get on the schedule. 

 

  • Do you sponsor riders? We are always open to talking to up and coming riders, young professionals, and established coaches. Please email us your resume at Admin@AlbertoFascianiUsa.com if you would like to be considered.
