Política de reembolso

Alberto Fasciani USA/Elegante Bespoke offers 90 days - from day of delivery - warranty of all products for manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product or improper use.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from either Alberto Fasciani USA/Elegante Bespoke we will gladly accept a return within 10 days of purchase excluding Semi Custom, Custom Boots, and boots sold from our outlet.

Full Custom and Semi-Custom are non refundable. If you are not satisfied with the fit the first time we will make the necessary adjustments or remake the boots at no extra cost.

Semi custom boots are defined as any boot that is not from our standard size chart and any boot that is customised in any way that is different than the photo of that product on the website. 

Your product(s) must be returned new, unused and within ten days of the receipt of your order. We are unable to accept merchandise which is not received with these specified conditions.

To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

We will inspect and process your return. Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt. Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 days depending on your credit card company.

You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.

Only boots Purchased directly from Alberto Fasciani USA/ Elegante Bespoke will be accepted as returns. Items from any of our retailers or boots bought from an independent source will not be accepted.

All correctly returned products purchased through Alberto Fasciani USA/Elegante Bespoke will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card and will exclude any expedited shipping costs. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.

If you would like to cancel a standard size stock order we will only accept an e-mail or written request stating a reason why. We will NOT accept notifications or confirmations about order cancellations via credit card chargeback, sms or through any form of social media. We only accept cancellations for back order standard size items within 5 days of placing the order.

For Full-Custom, Semi-Custom and back order items please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery, excluding holidays both in the Italy and in the US.

Please note that artisanal production requires a higher level of labour intensity than a mass production assembly line. We use exclusive materials and leathers and It is possible that we will experience supply delays on occasion, however you will be notified and given an updated delivery time estimate if it is beyond our normal lead times.
